Byscard Tablets (Nebivolol HCl) are used to manage hypertension and chronic heart failure. Nebivolol is a β1 selective adrenoceptor antagonist with mild vasodilating properties, helping to lower blood pressure and improve heart function by reducing the heart's workload.
Purposes
- Hypertension Treatment: Used to lower high blood pressure, reducing the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney problems.
- Heart Failure Management: Helps treat stable, mild, and moderate chronic heart failure in elderly patients, when used alongside other therapies.

Side Effects
