Direction For Reconstruction
Add (previously boiled and cooled) water in the bottle up to the given mark. invert and shake well to make suspension
Dosage:
Usual childern's dose: 20 to 40 mg per kg body weight in a day in three divided doses or as directed by the physician see enclosed leaflet
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prior to reconstitution do not store above 25°C. After reconstitution store in a refrigerator (2°C-8°C) may be kept for 14 days without significant loss in potency. Protect from light and moisture. After use keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep medicine out of the reach of children.
