Product Details

Cipval 500mg Tablets contain Ciprofloxacin HCl, a broad-spectrum antibiotic that targets a wide range of bacterial infections. Ciprofloxacin works by inhibiting the bacterial DNA gyrase enzyme, which disrupts the bacteria’s ability to replicate its DNA, ultimately leading to bacterial death. Cipval is highly effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms, making it a trusted option for various bacterial infections.

Purposes

Cipval 500mg Tablets are primarily used to treat lower respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, genital infections, and exacerbations of chronic sinusitis caused by Gram-negative bacteria. This antibiotic offers strong antibacterial properties and is widely used to manage conditions where rapid bacterial eradication is essential.

Warnings

• Hepatic Concerns: Cases of liver necrosis and severe hepatic failure have been reported with Tablets. In case of symptoms like jaundice, dark urine, or abdominal tenderness, treatment should be stopped immediately.
• Hypersensitivity: Severe allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, can occur after even a single dose of Cipval. If any signs of an allergic reaction arise, medical treatment is necessary, and the medication should be discontinued.
• Neuropathy: Cipval 500mg Tablets should be stopped immediately if symptoms of neuropathy—such as pain, numbness, or tingling—occur to prevent irreversible damage.

Adverse Effects
