Novoteph 40mg Capsules contain esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that works by blocking the enzyme responsible for producing stomach acid. This results in a significant reduction in acid secretion, helping to alleviate conditions like acid reflux, GERD, and peptic ulcers. Purposes
Novoteph 40mg Capsules are used to treat conditions such as heartburn, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastritis, and stomach ulcers. Warnings

Hypomagnesemia (low magnesium levels) has been reported with prolonged use. Avoid combining Capsules with clopidogrel, as this may reduce the effectiveness of the latter in preventing blood clots.
