Pyloclar 500 mg Tablets feature Clarithromycin, a potent antibiotic used to combat a variety of bacterial infections. Clarithromycin works by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunits of bacteria, effectively inhibiting their protein synthesis and thus stopping their growth.  Tablets are utilized to treat a range of infections, from respiratory and skin infections to more complex mycobacterial diseases.

Purposes

Warnings
