Sehatmedi is an online pharmacy based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Since 1 September 2024, we have made it easy to order health and wellness products from home, with reliable delivery across the country.

Sehatmedi was established on 1 September 2024 around one idea: getting the healthcare products you need should be simple, convenient and stress-free. Our online store operates from our dedicated warehouse in Islamabad, where orders are prepared and dispatched to customers.
What We Focus On
Online, our main focus is on three categories:
- Skin care: Products for everyday skin health and common skin concerns.
- Hair care: Products for hair and scalp health.
- Multivitamins and supplements: Daily nutritional support for you and your family.
We have chosen to focus on these areas so we can offer a carefully selected range and serve you better in the categories that matter most to our customers.
Our Physical Store
We also have a physical store at Shop No. G3, Ground Floor, Sardar Arcade, Sector G-11 Markaz, Islamabad. Our website and our physical store operate as separate entities. Not every product listed on our website is necessarily available at the store, and the store’s stock may differ from our online catalogue. If you want to buy in person, please contact the store first to confirm availability.

Sehatmedi Pharmacy is licensed by the District Health Office, Islamabad, under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination.

Our orders are handled under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist, so you can be confident that the products you receive are dispensed with proper care and professional oversight.
Our Prescription Policy
Your safety comes first. Prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Our team may contact you to verify your prescription before an order is processed. Over-the-counter medicines and general health products can be ordered without a prescription.

Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it within 24 hours.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Orders are delivered within 7 days. In most cases, they arrive within 2 to 4 days.
