Welcome to Sehatmedi. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
About Us
Sehatmedi is an online pharmacy based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Our website and online orders are operated from our warehouse in Islamabad. Our physical store in G-11 Markaz operates as a separate entity. These terms apply only to purchases made through our website, not to in-store purchases.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are ordering for a child or a family member, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Products and Availability
- Our online range focuses mainly on skin care, hair care and multivitamins and supplements.
- Products listed on our website are not guaranteed to be available at our physical store, and store stock may differ from our online catalogue.
- We try to keep product information, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary.
- Availability depends on stock. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and may cancel or adjust your order.
Medical Disclaimer
The information on our website is for general purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before using any product, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take other medicines. Always read the label and follow the instructions for use.
Prescriptions
- Prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
- We may contact you to verify your prescription, and we may ask for a copy before processing your order.
- Our pharmacist may refuse or cancel any order where a prescription is missing, invalid or unclear, or where supplying the product would be unsafe.
- Over-the-counter medicines and general health products can be ordered without a prescription.
Placing an Order
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and dispatch it.
- We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or SMS to confirm your order and delivery details. Please provide accurate and complete information, including a working phone number and a full delivery address.
- We may cancel or refuse any order, including where the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, the products are unavailable, we suspect fraud or misuse, or we cannot verify the order.
Prices and Delivery Charges
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
- Delivery charges are PKR 280 per order. The total, including delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment (Cash on Delivery)
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the order amount plus delivery charges (PKR 280) in cash to the courier when your order is delivered.
- Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
- Repeatedly refusing or failing to accept orders may lead us to decline future orders from you.
- We do not collect card, bank or online payment details on our website.
Dispatch and Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.
- Orders are delivered within 7 days. In most cases, they arrive within 2 to 4 days.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or an unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
For safety and hygiene reasons, medicines and health products cannot be returned once delivered, unless:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a wrong item
- The product is expired or close to expiry on delivery
Please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Opened, used or tampered products cannot be returned.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting customer support. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery, subject to the COD terms above.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when ordering
- Use our website only for lawful purposes
- Not submit false or forged prescriptions
- Not misuse our website, attempt to disrupt it, or access it without authorisation
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Sehatmedi name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to Sehatmedi or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sehatmedi is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law, or our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date at the top. Continuing to use our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
