Bactizith Capsules 500 mg contain Azithromycin (500 mg), a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, stopping the bacteria from growing and multiplying. This makes it effective for treating infections caused by certain bacteria and microorganisms.

Purposes

• Treats infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including respiratory, skin, and soft tissue infections.
• Can also be used for otitis media (ear infection) and certain genitourinary infections.

Warnings

• If you experience a severe allergic reaction, such as skin rash, wheezing, or difficulty breathing, seek medical help immediately.
