Description

Btrol 500mg Capsule contains Tranexamic Acid, an effective antihaemorrhagic agent used to prevent and treat excessive bleeding. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as menorrhagia (heavy periods), epistaxis (nosebleeds), and bleeding during surgical procedures like dental extractions or prostatectomy. Tranexamic acid also helps manage hereditary angioedema and thrombolytic overdose.
