Getformin Tablets 1/500 mg combine two effective medications—glimepiride and metformin HCl—to manage blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Glimepiride stimulates insulin release from pancreatic beta cells and enhances peripheral insulin sensitivity. Purposes
