Purposes
Bacterial Meningitis
Used to treat bacterial meningitis, an inflammation of the protective membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae and Neisseria meningitidis.
Bacterial Septicemia
Effective against bacterial septicemia, a blood infection caused by bacteria like Staphylococci and Streptococcus pyogenes.
Gonococcal Infection
Treats gonococcal infections, a sexually transmitted infection caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
Urinary Tract Infections
Used to treat urinary tract infections caused by E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterococci.
Pneumonia
Treats community-acquired pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae.
Bone and Joint Infections

Warnings
